Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and receive visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering and directing incoming calls.
  • Maintain the visitor log and issue visitor passes as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely hosting of guests and scheduled visitors.
  • Receive and dispatch courier deliveries, mail, and packages.
  • Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms, pantry, and common spaces are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Coordinate with cleaning staff and follow up on daily cleaning checklists.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, pantry stock, and stationery.
  • Support basic administrative tasks including filing, printing, and document management.
  • Report maintenance issues or facility concerns to the appropriate team promptly.
