Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations while also overseeing housekeeping staff and ensuring overall office upkeep.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle front desk inquiries
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate training space bookings
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Supervise housekeeping staff and monitor their daily tasks
- Ensure overall office cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards
- Monitor office supplies and share weekly/monthly order with Manager
- Assist employees with basic IT related queries
- Maintain facility Management records and coordinate with vendors and when required
- Support basic administrative and clerical tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in UAE
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and professional demeanour
- Ability to supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & Google sheet
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Candidate with own/spouse visa are only considered
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
