Job Summary
Serve as a key ambassador of the Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie family in a luxury medi-clinic environment.
Support the organization’s mission to help clients live healthier, longer, and fuller lives.
About the Role
- Demonstrate customer focus and appreciation for the guest experience.
- Provide patient and customer service while developing loyal client relationships.
- Build the client base through follow-up calls, thank-you notes, appointment scheduling, and event invitations.
- Communicate treatment, program, and product benefits to meet customer needs and generate sales.
- Guide patients and customers through adapted treatments.
- Create and distribute health education materials according to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate client journeys with wellness-center experts and therapists.
- Answer phone calls professionally and respond to email queries within 24 hours.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Attend wellness training sessions and meetings regularly.
- Support professional image and service standards while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to center and personal sales goals and represent the organization at public relations events and fairs.
About You
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- International experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
