Role Overview
The Receptionist / Client Relations Coordinator manages front desk operations, client communication, and sales support.
The role combines professional reception duties with lead handling, appointment coordination, CRM administration, and active support of the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and client enquiries.
- Provide initial information about company services.
- Register new enquiries and leads in the CRM system.
- Qualify leads, identify client requirements, and assign leads to the responsible team member.
- Coordinate appointments and client visits.
- Follow up with clients and ensure enquiries receive a response.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Support sales with client communication and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain a professional, high-quality client experience at reception.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and English are required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
- Experience working with CRM systems is required.
- Experience with Odoo 19 is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
- The candidate should be confident, professional, and able to manage multiple enquiries and tasks.
- The role requires communication with clients by phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Experience in automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or real estate is an advantage.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,500–5,000 per month depending on previous experience.
- KPI-based incentives are available in addition to salary.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
