Role Overview
The Marketing Manager owns the group’s digital marketing apart from social media management.
The role is accountable for qualified leads, sales, and measurable acquisition performance.
Core Responsibilities
- Own Google Ads strategy, campaigns, budgets, optimization, qualified leads, and ROAS by business line.
- Manage paid social performance in partnership with the social media management team.
- Drive SEO, GEO, and AI-search visibility and manage external contractors.
- Develop and maintain website content, technical health, speed, CRO, landing pages, and website-to-CRM connections.
- Build sales enablement tools and track inquiries from calls, messengers, and CRM channels.
- Connect lead sources to the CRM and manage segmentation, campaigns, reactivation, LTV, repeat business, and cross-sell activity.
- Manage end-to-end analytics, attribution, UTM, GA4, GSC, dashboards, and plan-versus-actual reporting.
- Manage contractors and budgets, contribute to an AI qualifier, and handle online reputation.
