Position Overview
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and prospective buyers.
Combine front desk reception, client relations, and hospitality responsibilities in a real estate showroom.
Deliver a positive and memorable experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and prospective buyers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information about company projects, properties, and services.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
- Support sales-team client coordination and follow-up activities.
- Assist with project launches, exhibitions, open houses, and marketing activities.
- Handle calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
- Maintain the reception and showroom area and keep accurate visitor and client records.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry.
- Previous experience in reception, guest relations, customer service, hospitality, client relations, or front-office roles.
- Experience with a developer, brokerage, or property-related organization is preferred.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
