Overview
We are looking for a **professional and customer-focused Receptionist / Host** to be the face of Alba Cars and deliver a welcoming, first-class experience for every guest.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a **front-facing, fast-paced showroom environment** and takes pride in creating strong first impressions.
You will be responsible for managing reception operations, assisting walk-in customers, coordinating front desk communication, and supporting the sales team.

Front Desk Operations & Guest Experience
- Greet and assist all customers and visitors with a **professional and friendly demeanor**.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and showroom inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **welcoming reception and showroom area** at all times.
Administrative & Sales Team Support
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for the sales team.
- Provide administrative support including **document management, filing, and record-keeping**.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure **smooth day-to-day front desk operations**.
Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver high standards of **hospitality and customer service** across all interactions.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns in a **timely and professional manner**.
- Uphold Alba Cars’ **customer-first brand image** at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist, host, or front desk role, preferably in a **customer-facing environment**.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (**Arabic is a plus**).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a **polished and professional presence**.
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and manage a **busy reception area**.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: 3,000 – 3,500 AED per month (based on experience and professionalism)
- Work Visa sponsorship
- Medical insurance (as per UAE labor law)
Work Arrangement
- Type: Full-time, on-site position
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Evening Shift: 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Note: Remote or hybrid work is not available
