We are hiring a professional Receptionist / Call Center Representative to join our Dermatology Center in Doha.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries
- Book, confirm, and follow up on appointments
- Welcome patients and manage front desk operations
- Coordinate with doctors and nurses regarding schedules
- Handle patient data and maintain accurate records
- Promote clinic services and offers when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in clinic/hospital reception or call center preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
