Reception Supervisor (Arabic Female) – Dermatology Center \| Doha

We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Female Reception Supervisor to join our Dermatology Center in Doha.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk and call center operations
  • Manage appointments, patient flow, and staff schedules
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Monitor team performance and clinic operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction
  • Handle patient concerns professionally
  • Support clinic sales, promotions, and targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Reception Supervisor in a clinic/hospital preferred
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work under pressure
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
