Join the clinic team as a Receptionist.
Support patients and coordinate front-desk activities in a healthcare setting.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients professionally and courteously.
- Schedule appointments, answer calls, respond to inquiries, and register patients.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with doctors and medical staff.
- Handle daily reception and administrative tasks.
- Help ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Previous receptionist experience is required, preferably in a medical clinic or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills are required.
- Good computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge are required.
- A professional appearance and attitude are required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Good command of English is required; additional languages are a plus.
