A day in the life
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression for their stay.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and related guest service processes efficiently.
- Provide local recommendations, attractions, and activity information.
- Answer calls, manage bookings, and respond positively to guest requests.
- Keep the front desk organised and welcoming.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms and requests are handled smoothly.
- Provide thoughtful and personalised service to create memorable stays.
