Guest reception and access
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Verify guest eligibility and process lounge access using airline systems, membership cards, boarding passes, or vouchers.
- Check in guests accurately and maintain records of lounge usage.
- Provide information about lounge facilities, services, flight updates, and boarding procedures.
Guest service and lounge operations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with airline representatives and lounge operations teams to ensure smooth guest service.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Monitor lounge capacity and manage guest entry according to operational guidelines.
- Support other lounge operations as required to maintain an excellent guest experience.
Administration and compliance
- Prepare daily reports and maintain guest records.
- Process payments for paid lounge access and reconcile transactions where applicable.
- Comply with airport security regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards.
