- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, confirmations, and follow ups
- Register new patients and update existing records accurately in the EMR system
- Handle patient check in and check out processes efficiently
- Verify insurance coverage, process insurance approvals, and coordinate claims
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinic policies and UAE healthcare regulations
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily cash records
- Support doctors and nurses with administrative tasks as required
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
Requirements
- Female candidates only (as per clinic requirement)
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a medical or healthcare facility
- Strong working knowledge of EMR systems (e.g., Cortex, Dok32, etc.)
- Proven experience with medical insurance processes – eligibility verification, approvals, and claims submission
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Professional appearance and patient oriented attitude
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer applications

Position Overview
