Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
- Manage the front desk and ensure reception area is clean and organized
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, mail, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain meeting room calendars
- Maintain visitor logs and employee attendance records
- Coordinate office supplies, pantry items, and stationery inventory
- Liaise with vendors for office maintenance and facility related requirements
- Support HR team with employee onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems ensuring confidentiality
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Executive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and customer focused attitude

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer focused attitude.
- Previous UAE experience is an added advantage.
