Overview
Dokanty food stuff trading llc is looking for a Receptionist & Admin Assistant to handle incoming calls, manage permits, maintain records, and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls professionally and forward them to the concerned department or manager
- Prepare and manage permits and gate passes
- Maintain accurate records of employee IDs, permits, and related documents
- Perform accurate data entry, filing, and document control
- Prepare and maintain timesheets and attendance records
- Receive, record, and hand over petty cash, invoices, and related documents properly
- Coordinate with different departments and provide administrative support
- Handle daily reception and general office administration duties
- Learn company software and systems quickly and use them accurately
Requirements
- Excellent English communication and clear pronunciation is mandatory
- Good telephone etiquette and professional personality
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Fast learner with a positive and responsible attitude
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
