Job Summary
The Receptionist/Admin Assistant handles verbal and written communications and all visitors to the firm.
The role may also require accurate and timely input of information into the time-entry system.
The position organizes travel and hotel reservations proficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle verbal and written communications with courtesy and professionalism.
- Welcome and assist all visitors to the firm with courtesy and professionalism.
- Enter information accurately and promptly into the time-entry system when required.
- Organize travel and hotel reservations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the legal or hospitality industry.
- Degree holder or adequate practical experience.
- Strong computer knowledge and skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
