Position Overview
The role combines receptionist duties with marketing coordination for an engineering consultancy.
The work location is in person in Al Garhoud, Dubai.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage reception and customer interactions.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities.
- Follow up with clients and enquiries.
- Maintain basic accounting records, invoices, and expense records.
- Use Microsoft Office and Canva in daily work.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience with reception and customer management is required.
- Experience with social media and digital marketing is required.
- Experience following up with clients and enquiries is required.
- Basic accounting, invoice, and expense-record experience is required.
- Microsoft Office and Canva proficiency is required.
- Good English communication is required.
- Arabic and UAE experience are preferred.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
Compensation
- The stated salary is AED 3,000–4,500 per month.
- A separate pay line lists AED 2,500–4,500 per month.
