Role Overview
Receptionist responsible for front-desk operations, visitor management, access, telephone handling, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Deal with visitors and update the log book.
- Provide visitors with access for their meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and staff at each location.
- Manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and maintain smooth administrative operations.
- Use company systems for scheduling, communications, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum five years of experience in the same role.
- Banking industry experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
