Responsibilities
- Acquire potential customers through meetings, cold calling, and networking.
- Use a consultative sales approach to assess customer financial viability and needs.
- Process new customer applications and explain product features, fees, terms, and conditions.
- Process inbound sales leads and maintain a high close rate.
- Generate referrals and establish new customer accounts.
- Achieve agreed individual sales targets while complying with company policies and procedures.
- Provide customer service for card payment methods, reward-point redemption, limit upgrades, and dispute resolution.
- Process supplementary credit card applications requested by principal cardholders.
- Build a customer pipeline through channel sales activities, presentations, proposals, and promotions.
Requirements
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasive, goal-oriented, energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated and proven sales results.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- Must have a Qatar driving license.
Compensation
- Pay starts at QAR 1.00 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
