The company is seeking a Receptionist to join its Dubai team.
The role is suitable for a fresher or a candidate with 1–2 years of experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or graduation is required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong command of English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is mandatory.
- A pleasant, professional, and positive attitude is required.
- Experience in building materials or a related field is advantageous.
Job responsibilities
- Manage and cover the reception area.
- Greet and assist staff and visitors.
- Handle office supply support.
- Answer and transfer phone calls professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front office environment.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations with the sales coordinator.
- Provide other administrative support as required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
