Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and English speaking and writing skills.
- Valid Qatar ID is mandatory.
- Available to join immediately.
- Prior experience in reception or administration roles is preferred.
- Well-presented and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Welcome and assist visiting guests and clients.
- Handle travel and ticket bookings and arrangements.
- Manage filing systems and document organization.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Pay
- Pay starts from QAR 2,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
