- Receive merchandise including Distribution Centre, Seasonal, and DSD deliveries
- Maintain a neat and organized backroom according to principles of backroom organization
- Ensure proper documentation for receiving and return of goods
- Support Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards for perishable items
- Provide customer service by acknowledging and assisting customers
- Answer inquiries regarding product location, rainchecks, PC Optimum
- Comply with health and safety regulations and loss prevention policies
- Perform cash duties as required

- Some computer and register skills
- Well organized with ability to record keep
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladder

Summary
- Merchandises and provides superior customer service.
- Maintains efficient flow of merchandise from receiving door to sales floor.
- Organizes backroom product and follows Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
Receiving
- Receives merchandise including Distribution Centre, Seasonal, and DSD deliveries.
- Maintains a neat and organized backroom.
- Ensures proper documentation for receiving and return of goods.
- Supports Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards for perishable items.
Customer Service
- Maintains clean image in accordance with uniform policy.
- Takes initiative to acknowledge and assist customers.
- Answers inquiries regarding product location, rainchecks, PC Optimum.
Qualifications
- Some computer and register skills.
- Well organized with ability to record keep.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
