Responsibilities
- Organiser les produits en réserve et suivre les processus de gestion d'inventaire (BIMI)
- Utiliser les systèmes PDT et MMS pour effectuer les tâches quotidiennes
- Gérer la stratégie de sortie et le retour des produits
- Maintenir les normes du magasin en matière d'image et de tendances
- Assurer que les présentoirs sont axés sur le consommateur et 'achetables'
- Recevoir la marchandise conformément aux politiques et procédures
- Maintenir une réserve propre et organisée
- Aider les clients dans les allées
Requirements
- Compétences en informatique et caisse enregistreuse
- Bien organisé avec capacité de tenue de dossiers
- Orienté vers les détails
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome
- Automotivé
- Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 50 livres
- Capacité à monter à l'échelle
- Disponibilité pour travailler des horaires flexibles incluant soirs et week ends

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes
- Uses PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks
- As directed, manage Exit Strategy and Product Return
- Expert in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement and expiry dates
- Maintains Store Standard pertaining to image and trends in store
- Ensures product displays are consumer focused and 'shoppable'
- Receives merchandise in accordance with the receiving policies and procedures
- Maintains a neat and organized backroom
- Supports Front Store Manager/Assistant Front Store Manager
Qualifications
- Planning, Judgement and Decision Making
- Efficiency, organization and neatness
- Copes with changing situations on the sales floor
- Cash responsibilities (if applicable) require accuracy and efficiency
- Some computer and cash register skills
- Well organized with ability to record keep
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Self motivated
- Ability to work flexible shifts which may include nights and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladder
