Job Summary
Paris Hypermarket is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Receiver.
The role covers receiving incoming goods, checking quantities and quality, verifying documents, and making accurate system entries.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming goods from suppliers.
- Check quantities, product quality, expiry dates, and damages.
- Verify invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, and other receiving documents.
- Enter and update receiving information accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with suppliers and relevant departments regarding discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of received goods.
- Maintain accurate receiving records and documentation.
- Follow company procedures and food safety standards.
- Support daily warehouse and receiving operations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Receiver in a hypermarket, supermarket, retail, or warehouse environment.
- Mycom ETP experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of receiving procedures and stock documentation is required.
- Basic computer and system knowledge is required.
- Good attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and teamwork are required.
- Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and work shifts.
Salary
- Salary is QAR 1,300–1,600 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Workplace
- The job is located in Qatar and requires in-person work.
