Job Description
We are looking for a creative and professional **Real Estate Videographer & Video Editor** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting high-quality property videos and creating engaging real estate reels and promotional content for social media marketing.
The candidate will work closely with our real estate agents and travel to different property locations for video shoots.
After shooting, the candidate will edit the content in-office and deliver fully edited, ready-to-publish videos and reels.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot professional real estate property videos and photos
- Travel with company agents to different locations for outdoor shoots
- Create cinematic property tours, reels, and promotional videos
- Edit videos professionally for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Add transitions, music, subtitles, branding, and effects to create engaging content
- Deliver final edited videos on time
Requirements
- Experience in videography and video editing
- Knowledge of social media reel trends and real estate content creation
- Proficiency in video editing software such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
• DaVinci Resolve (optional)
- Creative shooting and storytelling skills
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Good communication and teamwork skills
