Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
• Entry of supplier invoices and credit notes to accounts payable ledger.

• Prepare Financial Statement

• Preparation of Payment through online banking and cheque release.
• Treasury activities - posting of payments, maintenance of Bankbook, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the Preparation of Weekly Cash Activity Reports.
• Vendor Down payment Clearance.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements.
• Record Intercompany Invoices.
• Month End - Accrual of OPEN PO & Supplier Invoices.
• Petty Cash Disbursement.
• Filing of supplier invoices, statements, and payment/Petty Cash Vouchers.
• Creation of Sales Invoices and customer Follow-ups.
• Assist in Audits.
• Prepare Receivables Watch list report.
• Well versed with UAE Taxation and Labor Regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience as an Accountant mimimum 2 years.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
