Requirements
- Minimum experience of one year in the Dubai Real Estate market
- A sales focused attitude
- Understanding of the UAE property market
- Experience in Telesales or Telemarketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Dynamic and energetic personality
- Proven track record in Telesales or sales

Job Description
- We are seeking experienced and driven Telesales Specialist Multilingual to join our elite team.

Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Strategically qualify leads through phone interactions; assess client needs and financial capabilities; categorize leads based on interest and potential for conversion; document information accurately in CRM.
- Meeting Qualification: Schedule and organize effective meetings with qualified leads; ensure meetings align with client preferences and team capacity; provide relevant information for productive discussions.
- Deal Closure and Negotiation: Aid RM and clients through the closing process, addressing concerns; collaborate on negotiations for mutually beneficial agreements; facilitate documentation for finalizing transactions.
- Commission Management: Record closed deals and commissions accurately in the CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum experience of one year in the Dubai Real Estate market.
- A sales focused attitude.
- Understanding of the UAE property market.
- Experience in Telesales or Telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, can speak Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, Dutch is a plus.
- Dynamic and energetic personality.
- Proven track record in Telesales or sales.
