- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, both buyers and sellers
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions
- Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes
- Conduct thorough market analysis to provide clients with accurate and valuable insights
- Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers
- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes
- Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring smooth and timely closings
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional contacts
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client trust and satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker with a successful track record of 2 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Can speak French fluently
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of local real estate markets and industry trends
- Familiarity with relevant legal regulations and procedures
- Goal oriented and self motivated
