- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company provided leads
- Qualify buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors based on property requirements
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and follow up calls
- Schedule appointments for Property Consultants
- Maintain regular follow ups with clients to nurture and convert leads
- Update and manage customer information accurately in the CRM system
- Present the company's services and available property options professionally
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call, appointment, and lead generation targets
- Prepare daily activity and performance reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities
- Self motivated, target oriented, and results driven
- Good command of English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems

- Positive attitude with a professional work ethic.
- Good command of English (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, French, or other languages are an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
