Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Tele Calling
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients regarding real estate projects and property opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Explain property features, pricing, and promotional offers clearly to potential clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to increase conversion opportunities.
2. Client Coordination
- Handle customer inquiries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update clients regarding new property launches, promotions, and company offers.
3. Sales Support & Target Achievement
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned performance and sales targets consistently.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation and database management of client information.
