Who You Are
A licensed real estate agent or broker
Proven track record in sales and team performance
A natural leader who thrives on coaching, motivating, and building relationships
Tech-savvy, organized, and ready to scale
What You’ll Do
Recruit and onboard top agents
Coach team members to hit and exceed goals
Lead weekly team meetings and training sessions
Monitor metrics and drive productivity
