About the Role
Shaheen HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Accountant cum PRO in Abu Dhabi to handle daily accounting, VAT compliance, and government documentation. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years UAE experience in accounting and PRO services, knowledge of UAE regulations, and ERP system experience.

Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting activities, bookkeeping, and financial records
- Prepare invoices, payments, receipts, and account reconciliations
- Manage VAT related accounting tasks and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations
- Maintain accurate financial reports and support audits
- Handle PRO duties, including government documentation, visa processing, license renewals, and other UAE government related services
- Coordinate with government departments and ensure timely completion of official procedures
- Stay updated with UAE laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Accountant cum PRO in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT regulations, and financial procedures
- Good understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government portals
- Knowledge of accounting software (experience with ERP systems is an advantage)
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in accounting and PRO services

Job Overview
