Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage real estate consultants to exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop new brokers.
- Support the sales process from lead generation through closing.
- Monitor performance and implement strategies to maximise results.
- Track Dubai property market developments, project launches, and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to drive business growth.
- Build client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Have at least two years of experience as a Real Estate Team Leader in Dubai.
- Have a proven record of recruiting and managing successful sales teams.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Be target-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
- Be professional, ambitious, and committed to achieving results.

- Pay is AED 6,000.00 to AED 10,000.00 per month, plus commission opportunities.
