About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales performance while developing agents to achieve their targets.

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property transactions and revenue
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews
- Support team members with client negotiations, property presentations, and closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property partners
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Team Leader in Dubai
- Strong understanding of off plan, secondary market, and leasing transactions
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong network of clients and real estate professionals is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary: AED 5,000–7,000 per month
- Attractive commission structure
- Additional team override commission based on team performance
