Role Description
We are looking for a driven, headhunt-focused recruiter who understands the fast-paced Dubai real estate market.
You won’t just be posting ads; you’ll be actively mapping the market, identifying top-performing agents, and guiding them through a seamless interview and onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Headhunting & Sourcing: Identify and proactively approach experienced brokers and high-performing sales professionals (both on and off-market).
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from the initial screening and behavioral interviews to offer negotiations and closing.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an active talent pool of top real estate agents to fill immediate and future hiring needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with our leadership team to understand hiring requirements and refine recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding: Ensure a smooth, professional onboarding and integration process for all new hires.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, focusing on real estate or high-ticket sales in Dubai.
- Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market dynamics, including off-plan and secondary markets.
- Proven track record of hiring, tracking, and closing high-earning sales professionals.
- Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media headhunting strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
