The Role
We are looking for an experienced, high-performing
Aviation Broker
to join our global team.
This is a fully remote position designed for a self-starting professional who thrives on independence and is ready to leverage a world-class brand to close high-value deals.
You will have the autonomy to manage your own client portfolio while benefiting from the operational support and prestige of Wilfort Aero.
Key Responsibilities
- **Independent Client Management:**
- Own the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry and sourcing aircraft to negotiating terms and post-flight follow-up.
- **Deal Execution:**
- Ensure all transactions are executed through the company’s established legal and operational framework.
- **Portfolio Growth:**
- Proactively manage and expand your existing book of business using Wilfort Aero’s global reach and reputation.
- **Market Expertise:**
- Maintain deep knowledge of aircraft types, market pricing, and global operator networks to provide expert advice to your clients.
What We’re Looking For
- **Experience:**
- A minimum of
- 5 years
- of proven experience in private aviation brokerage (charter or sales).
- **Client Base:**
- You must have an
- established, active portfolio
- of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) or corporate clients.
- **Independence:**
- A demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage complex logistics without constant oversight.
- **Professionalism:**
- Fluent English is required; Russian is an advantage.
