- Identify and analyze new locations for leasing and potential investment opportunities
- Collect and analyze real estate rates data to provide strategic recommendations
- Schedule and monitor rental payments to ensure timely payment
- Prepare regular reports on the status of locations and rental payments
- Utilize relevant platforms and applications for location management and data recording
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of location related documents and contracts
- Link contracts with relevant reports and data periodically
- Coordinate site survey for selected locations, raising maintenance and preparation request for the location owner
- Assist in lease negotiations and preparing lease agreements
- Manage tenant relations and addressing any issues or concerns
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Saudi real estate regulations and others
- Assist in the development and implementation of location marketing strategies
Requirements
- Experience in real estate or location management
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of Saudi real estate regulations
- Proficiency in relevant platforms and applications for location management
