- The Real Estate Specialist is responsible for managing various aspects of locations and real estate operations. This includes conducting research, analyzing data, tracking rental payments, preparing reports, and utilizing computer applications.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and analyzing new locations for leasing and potential investment opportunities.
- Collecting and analyzing real estate rates data to provide strategic recommendations.
- Scheduling and monitoring rental payments to ensure timely payment.
- Preparing regular reports on the status of locations and rental payments.
- Utilizing relevant platforms and applications for location management and data recording.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records of location related documents and contracts.
- Linking contracts with relevant reports and data periodically.
- Coordinating site survey for selected locations, raising maintenance and preparation request for the location owner.
- Assisting in lease negotiations and preparing lease agreements.
- Managing tenant relations and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with Saudi real estate regulations and others.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of location marketing strategies.
