- Acquisition, valuation, and sale/rental of luxury properties
- Direct management of assigned clients
- Overseeing the entire sales process: from negotiation to closing
- Market analysis and identification of new business opportunities
- Drafting and managing contracts
- Advanced use of the company CRM
Requirements
- Proven experience in the role
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; fluency in German or French or Russian is a plus
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills
- Solid command of digital tools and main software applications
- Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and team spirit
- High school diploma or university degree, preferably in economics or law
