Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital advertising and performance marketing activities across all major platforms.
This role suits someone confident in handling end-to-end campaigns and delivering high-quality, data-driven work within a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Work On
- Advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, WeChat, Reddit)
- Performance improvements across CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion quality
- Email, WhatsApp & Messenger communication campaigns
- Landing pages and microsites aligned with Barnes brand standards
- CRM reporting, UTM setup & complete lead-tracking attribution
- Use of AI tools to enhance efficiency and campaign quality
Profile
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience within the Dubai real estate market
- Proven track record of improving campaign performance and reducing CPL
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
- Passion for data-driven marketing and new-tech experimentation
