- Monitor KPIs, sales pipelines, and overall team productivity
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate experience, with proven off plan sales expertise
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a senior sales role
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Existing network within the UAE real estate market is an advantage
- Fluent in Arabic and English
