Key responsibilities
- Build client relationships and provide tailored housing solutions.
- Engage with clients from initial inquiry through closing.
- Prepare sales proposals with specifications, options, timelines, and estimated costs.
- Build and manage relationships with clients, developers, suppliers, and intermediaries.
- Prepare sales and marketing strategies and analyze market trends.
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Monitor prospects through field visits, phone, email, and digital media.
- Document all client interactions in the CRM system.
