About the Role

  • SURE Real Estate is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee our real estate sales team.
  • You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • You will also work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, increase market share, and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage Sales Team Secondary and Off plan
  • Directly supervise and support the sales team, ensuring they meet performance targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Set clear expectations and establish measurable goals for team members.
  • Conduct regular one on one meetings and performance reviews.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue and growth targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure consistent growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and key stakeholders.
  • Assist agents in closing high value deals and negotiations.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new sales agents.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a leadership role for more than 5 years in Dubai real estate market
  • Strong knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and brokerage operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team of sales agents to meet or exceed targets.
  • Experience with CRM software and real estate platforms.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with excellent time management skills.
  • A valid real estate license
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED10,000.00 AED15,000.00 per month
