Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales team (Secondary and Off plan)
- Directly supervise and support the sales team, ensuring they meet performance targets
- Provide coaching, training, and development to enhance team skills and performance
- Set clear expectations and establish measurable goals for team members
- Conduct regular one on one meetings and performance reviews
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue and growth targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure consistent growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and key stakeholders
- Assist agents in closing high value deals and negotiations
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new sales agents
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a leadership role for more than 5 years in Dubai real estate market
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and brokerage operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team of sales agents to meet or exceed targets
- Experience with CRM software and real estate platforms
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Highly organized and detail oriented, with excellent time management skills
- A valid real estate license
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- UAE driver's license is an advantage
- Hindi Speaker (Preferred)

Overview
