Job Summary
The company is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead its sales team in Dubai.
The selected candidate will drive sales performance, lead the team, and achieve results in the real estate market.
The role requires proven real estate sales experience in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Analyze the Dubai real estate market and identify opportunities.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE.
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role.
- Valid UAE Real Estate Broker License.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven experience closing real estate deals.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Results-driven and highly motivated approach.
- English is required, while Arabic is an advantage.
- A UAE driving license is an advantage.

Compensation
- Salary starts at AED 6,000 per month.
