Role Overview

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee administration.
• Manage CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Prepare offer letters, employment letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Coordinate employment visa and employee documentation processes.
• Assist with payroll-related information and employee records.
• Handle employee queries and support management with HR matters.
• Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and applicable UAE labor requirements.
• Provide general administrative support when required.
