Bargo Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow its secondary-market sales team in Dubai.
The role focuses on leading a team, driving transactions, building client relationships, and developing a strong portfolio of resale listings.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of secondary-market agents.
- Drive sales performance and achieve team targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sellers, buyers, landlords, and investors.
- Secure quality secondary-market listings.
- Guide agents through negotiations and closings.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Build strategies to increase listings, viewings, and successful transactions.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate secondary-market sales.
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and resale transactions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and business development abilities.
- A target-driven, proactive, and commercially minded approach.
- An existing network of clients and property owners is advantageous.
