Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, follow up, and manage property sales and rental leads.
• Advise clients on properties based on their requirements and budget.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional property presentations.
• Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Promote properties through online portals, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Maintain current property listing and client information databases.
• Stay informed about Dubai real estate prices, communities, and market trends.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and rental targets.
• Support clients from initial inquiry through successful closing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
• A positive, confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach is expected.
• Candidates must have a strong sales and customer-service mindset.
• Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop within Dubai's real estate industry is required.
• Real estate experience is advantageous but not required.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Russian, German, Spanish, French, or Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
