Responsibilities
- Source and acquire secondary market properties across Dubai
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and landlords
- Support and oversee the daily activities of the sales team
- Ensure proper follow ups, reporting, CRM visibility, and KPI tracking across the sales department
- Monitor sales team performance and help improve overall operational flow
- Coordinate with management regarding property acquisition opportunities and sales updates
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with property owners and market partners
- Ensure all acquired properties are properly documented, updated, and aligned with company standards
- Assist in maintaining structure, discipline, and visibility within the sales team
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate, particularly in secondary market acquisition
- Strong network and understanding of the Dubai property market
- Leadership or team handling experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Professional English communication is required

- We are currently looking for a Real Estate Acquisition Manager to support the growth of our secondary market portfolio while overseeing and supporting the performance of the sales team.
- This is a management level role with direct involvement in property sourcing, team coordination, reporting visibility, and sales operations.
