Prime Bullions Properties is seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager.
The role leads the sales team, drives revenue growth, and strengthens the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for primary and secondary market properties.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and training.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee client negotiations, closing processes, and documentation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and RERA regulations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Compensation
- The role offers a competitive salary and attractive commission structure.
- Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
